  • Can I ask for a sample of the product before making a purchase?
    Yes, although limited to certain items available upon request. Please contact a representative if you require a sample prior to ordering.
  • Is it possible to expedite the shipping of my order?
    Yes. To do so, please contact a representative.
  • Can I get a refund or exchange for a product that I purchased?
    As for products that have been customized with a logo, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges as these items cannot be resold to another customer.
  • Which shipping company do you utilize for your deliveries?
    We utilize USPS or UPS to ship all orders, which is determined by the package's size and weight. There may be a signature required upon delivery. To ensure that your package is successfully delivered, we advise that you provide an address where an adult is present to sign for the package.
  • When can I expect my package to be delivered?
    All personalized items require a minimum of 10 business days for production. To expedite your order there may be additional charge, please consult with a representative.
